This fees calculator is ONLY based on paragraph 1(1) of the Sixth Schedule to the Advocates (Remuneration and Taxation of Costs) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018. Please refer to paragraph 1(1) of this schedule since the computations are only intended for the matters covered in this paragraph and not any other matters covered in other paragraphs or schedules.
